Westside Gunn – 11 [EP]
Buffalo rep Westside Gunn has released his latest project, “11”, dedicated to two of his closest friends — one who has passed away.
Continuing his tradition of dropping new music on Halloween, the five-track EP is produced entirely by Griselda’s own Denny Laflare, featuring no guest appearances. The Griselda emcee is in a creative groove, and he’s been building anticipation for his upcoming album “Still Praying” for months. Set to release tomorrow, November 1, the album will include features from his regular Griselda collaborators. But Gunn wasn’t satisfied with just delivering an album. One day before “Still Praying” drops, he’s surprised fans with an EP, and the quality of the bars and production make it clear these aren’t just leftover album cuts.
