Closed Sessions drops “Our Latest Compilation”, produced by BoatHouse.

The 8-track offering is the latest installment of Closed Sessions’ lauded compilation series that stretches back to 2010’s “Closed Sessions Vol. 1”.

At the heart of this series is a spotlight on emerging hip hop talent, and the power of collaboration. Past installments featured future stars such as Action Bronson, Curren$y, Vic Mensa, Skyzoo, and Freddie Gibbs as well as bonafides Bun B and Raekwon. For Our Latest Compilation, Closed Sessions has recruited fast risers such as Kemba, Open Mike, Khary, Dave B, Mother Nature and more. The whole project was produced by emerging producer BoatHouse, who served as the backbone of the album and provides a cohesive style that molds to each emcee without becoming disjointed or losing himself to his collaborators. The LP features artists from all over the country, who all touched down at The Closed Sessions studio making this a national project with a strong Chicago feel.
