The Cool Kids made a triumphant return this year with “Special Edition Grandmaster Deluxe“, and they revisit the album today with a music video for “9:15PM” featuring Jeremih. Watch the retro-flavored video below.
“There is a lot of fire on ‘Special Edition Grandmaster Deluxe’,” The Cool Kids explain. “When deciding what track to make into a video we thought about which one our fans would feel the most when they are getting ready to go out on the weekend. ‘9:15PM’ pays homage to the soul bounce jams of the 70s that all our parents got down and dirty to, so of course breaking out our Soul Train gear, calling up Jeremih, and creating the video to match the vibe was a no-brainer. We wanna give a special shoutout to Verluxe for making our vision into a reality.”
