SUPER… w/ DJ Shadow [Video]

Some of our SUPER… participants go wild with super powers and magical whips, some take it as a joke, some use it as a chance to talk conscious politics. DJ Shadow is pragmatic. His powers in this episode are some that directly help him in his day-to-day as a prolific electronic pioneer (who’s got a new album out, by the way). As the Net Dude, he’s able to scour major cities for all their records, weeding out the trash and only getting the dope shit. He also can rewind time to address the price hike of the music industry. His day-job as a Trenton, NJ-based baseball scout allows him to go incognito as he rides around in a Cadillac that only craps out when he’s already close to home.
