In his youth Royce Da 5’9″ used to play basketball and would find himself in a number of altercations with other players. Royce then went on to say “as a OG you gotta learn how to ignore things,” which led into him and Eminem’s short-lived beef with Earl Sweatshirt and Tyler, the Creator. “If they run into me they don’t have nothing to worry about,” he said of the situation today. Shortly after Royce Da 5’9″ spoke on Troy Ave’s remarks on Capital Steez’s suicide, telling DJ Vlad “I personally feel like when you’re talking about an emcee battle there are boundaries and lines that you probably shouldn’t cross – just for karma reasons…He’s gonna probably regret saying that.”
