But spend 15 min with Alec and you’ll soon learn he’s stirred with an undying passion for hip hop and a student of the game. At 10 years old, young Alec spent his days reciting lyrics and beat boxing. He’s inspired by the the flow and delivery of artists like Nas, Big Daddy Kane, Ras Kass & groups like Little Brother and the Low Budget Crew. Alec prides himself in sticking to the true art it came from. His style is raw & rugged yet smooth & laid-back. He’s true to himself and aspires for his lyrics to move and reach others just as rappers before him have empowered him.
