K Camp Speaks On His Huge 2014, Not Wanting A Label Deal & More [Video]

It’s been a big year for K. Camp. Although his hit single “Cut Her Off” has been in rotation in his native of Atlanta, Georgia since 2013, it was this year where the song caught national attention. The song peaked at #49 on the Billboard Hot 100 this year with help from 2 Chainz and helped boost the noise for his EP, In Due Time. The official remix featured the likes of YG, Too $hort, and a recently freed Lil Boosie. Not to rest on his laurels, he reached similar success this year with his follow-up single “Money Baby.” Now with a freshly-inked record deal from Interscope Records, K. Camp is getting ready to drop a brand new full length album. Before all of that, he sat down with STASHED to talk about everything that has brought him to the position he is in now. Some of that includes his Milwaukee roots, being previously signed and dropped from a record label as well as being on the road constantly while recording.
