Along side Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti, Los Angeles City Councilmember Herb Wesson, and Vice President of Budweiser Brian Perkins, JAY Z took to Los Angeles City Hall to officially announce the arrival of the Budweiser Made in American Festival to the city of Los Angeles this Labor Day weekend.
