MC Lyte Addresses Tyler, The Creator’s Comments About Her [Video]

MC Lyte sat down with VladTV and shared her reaction to Tyler, the Creator’s line from the song “Rella” where he said, “let’s get it poppin’ like MC Lyte around some d*kes.” Lyte seems to be unbothered by the comment, saying people have the right to say whatever they want, but she considers herself to be a respectful person and wouldn’t speak about others that way. She also says she has thick skin from being in the biz for so long and knows she’ll be fine, as she doesn’t let social media or nonsense in general get her upset.
