Nas – Illmatic: Live From The Kennedy Center [Album Stream]

Back in 2014, Nas performed a special rendition of his classic debut album “Illmatic” with the National Symphony Orchestra at The Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C.

Today, Mass Appeal Records have released the recording on vinyl, exclusively for Record Store Day (4/21) as well in other digital formats.

Nas was in D.C. to perform his classic debut album ‘Illmatic’ accompanied by the National Symphony Orchestra. “I was just trying to get in the rap game. The incredible rap game.” Now, 24 years after Illmatic’s release, Mass Appeal Records presents ‘Illmatic: Live from the Kennedy Center’ on digital and limited edition double vinyl. “It was all a dream. It’s time. And when that time came, I took it.” Take that.
