Nemo Achida – V.H.S. [EP]

Nemo Achida returns after a lengthy hiatus in the form of “V.H.S.”. Nemo plays the role of rapper, singer, and producer on this 9 track EP. Nemo Achida also solicits producer Balloonz for his leading single “Shaolin”, while bringing a taste of vintage hip hop on “Ima Call it Sunday” which is produced by DonGotDope out of Connecticut. Achida spends the 25 minute EP, reflecting on life since being relinquished of his commitment to 88-Keys’ Locksmith music. Stepping away from samples on this production and intentionally recreating factory instruments, he plays each note from his trustee midi board. As a producer, Nemo Achida has grown and he’s here to prove it. “V.H.S” also includes a long-awatied bonus track titled, “Sniffles” which Nemo released in music video form in 2015.

The “V.H.S” EP gets its name from the life lessons, vintage flow, and movie like production. The only vocal guest on this album is Nemo Achida’s long-time collaborator and friend, Pinky Liberachi on, “I know”.
