ASAP Ferg Freestyles Live + Shares Stories Behind Madonna, Missy, Timbaland & Jay-Z [Video]

It’s always good vibes when we see ASAP Ferg. Today, since he’s in NY for G-Eazy’s tour, this Mob member swung by Sway in the Morning and dropped some gems. Although he’s an ASAP Mob member, its important that you get to know him as an individual. From his different style of music, to his fashion sense — even down to his Adidas — custom made by him of course. With an album coming out “very soon,” titled ALWAYS STRIVE AND PROSPER, Ferg opens up about some special studio sessions. While hanging in studio with Madonna — no big deal — she revealed her son put her on to him. He even had Work as his ringtone! When he went in-studio with Missy Elliott and Timbaland, he only intended on playing one song — which turned into playing his whole album. Ferg even reveals that Missy paused the album to tell Timbo — “this is the music i want to make!” Did we mention Magoo was in-studio too? Making that session even better, Timbaland revealed that Jay Z was in-fact the one who put him on to ASAP Ferg’s music. Watch above for more of his dope behind-the-scenes stories, text convos with Missy plus a dope introduction to his new artist Crystal Caines. … you know we couldn’t let them leave with out spitting a 16, right?! Enjoy.
