Long Island emcee Typ-iLL delivers the third offering from his upcoming ‘Veterans Day’ album with “Dog Tags & Duffle Bags,” a personal effort over Statik Selektah production that details the Army veteran’s real-life experiences as a soldier. “This track is who I was for nearly six years,” TYP says of the Veterans Day track. “The experiences I had as a soldier were beyond compare, and I will never forget or regret the choices I made.” He adds that this is his “ode to all the combat veterans out there,” so if you’ve been through anything similar, know someone who has, and wondered what it’s like, it’s time to listen up.

HXLT – Live To Death [Video]

After signing to Kanye’s G.O.O.D. Music label back in March, Chicago based artist/producer HXLT drops off the first single/visual off his upcomimg debut project. And while Kanye’s label boasts rappers like Pusha T, Big Sean and Q-Tip, the album is not expected to be a pure rap project; Holt’s manager told Billboard at the time of his signing that “it’s like if Joy Division, The Strokes and Dr. Dre made an album.”

Red Pill – 90s Money [Audio]

Detroit’s Red Pill, the former factory machinist turned psychic bloodletter, is fresh back from his EU tour with Fashawn and Exile, and is now mid-way through a 40 city North American tour with Murs. He’s also got a new single called 90s Money with producer Alex Goose.
