TeeFlii spoke about the topic of homosexuality in this clip from his exclusive interview with VladTV. He reflected on his own Christian beliefs and how homosexuality is perceived and judged by others. TeeFLii doesn’t personally believe that God hates people simply because they are attracted to a person of the same sex. He also doesn’t have an issue with Macklemore’s “Same Love” song because he believes that it is a song that could help gay people feel more welcome. TeeFLii would, however, have a bit of an issue with his daughter growing up to be a lesbian. When asked how he would feel if his daughter ever told him that she is gay, he revealed it wouldn’t be a good day. “I’ll be hurt, I’ll be disappointed,” he said. However, he would still love his daughter regardless if that is how she chooses to live her life.
