During a recent chat with VladTV, Raekwon was asked who should win the Grammy for Album of the Year — Kendrick Lamar, or Macklemore? For the Wu-Tang spitter, it’s a toss-up. “It’s two underground cats that bust they ass to get where they at…they’re both winners,” the veteran emcee responded. While on the subject of independent artists finding success, Raekwon expressed regret for not linking up with Kendrick Lamar to make something happen while he was still relatively unknown.
