Mac Miller – The Star Room / Killin’ Time (Live) [Stream]
This summer, Mac Miller embarked on his Space Migration Tour with several friends and collaborators, including Earl Sweatshirt and Chance the Rapper. For the first time, he also performed with a band, the funk duo The Internet. “It was the most meaningful tour I’ve ever done,” he tells Rolling Stone. “My dream has been to play with a band. We took the songs and recreated how they worked.”
The Pittsburgh-bred rapper captures these road adventures on his debut live album, Live From Space, out December 17th. It serves as the follow-up to his critically-acclaimed second album, Watching Movies With the Sound Off, released this past summer. In addition to showcasing the MC’s versatility onstage, the live LP also features five previously-unreleased studio cuts with guest spots from rapper Future and bass wizard Thundercat.
