Read moreNore sat down with VladTV for an exclusive interview, where he discussed the back-and-forth tensions brewing between Maino and Trinidad James, over comments made by James where he spoke down upon New York radio. Many, including Maino, took direct offense to Trinidad’s comments, as they felt as though he was attacking the state of New York Hip-Hop, however Nore believes that his comments were misunderstood. Nore pointed out that he believes Trinidad was speaking solely about New York radio stations sounding the same as Atlanta and other areas, rather than stick to its own sound. Nore actually agreed with Trinidad that the South is running New York radio, however when it came down to choosing sides regarding the potential beef between Trinidad James and Maino, Nore firmly stated that he’s down to back Maino.

Read moreOver the holiday weekend I decided to revisit the closing track on TheDREAMERS’ debut project, Visions of Reality, which was released last year. I felt it was fitting because, a) I was home, and b) the track is about transitioning out of the house to life on your own and a year later, I wanted to see how I was doing. I didn’t have my usual crew around me as I was all the way out in Virginia, but I grabbed my Dad’s iPhone 5 and asked my little brother if he’d be willing to direct it. He obliged and even helped me edit it. I’m very proud of what me, a 14 year old, and a smartphone could do.
