In “A Little Party Never Killed Nobody (All We Got)” – a new song from The Great Gatsby soundtrack – the Black Eyed Peas’ Fergie, Q-Tip from A Tribe Called Quest and producer GoonRock demonstrate their willingness to keep up. Swinging sax licks boogie with Fergie’s jazzed up vocals before GoonRock’s synths storm through. Q-Tip later drops in a fun-loving guest verse to keep the energy levels pulsing. “I have a stout reputation of keeping it hot,” he rhymes. The Great Gatsby soundtrack also features a cover of Amy Winehouse’s “Back to Black” by Beyoncé and Outkast’s Andre 3000, and includes music from Jay-Z, Jack White, Lana Del Rey, the xx and Florence and the Machine.
