Hit-Boy Says “Goldie” Was Originally For Jay-Z [Video]

Hit-Boy tells Noisey that ASAP Rocky’s “Goldie” was originally for Jay-Z. It wasn’t until the two got into the studio that he knew that that PMF was the one.

After the jump, Hit-Boy tells us what’s good with the G.O.O.D Music album.

Hit-Boy calls working with Kanye West, Big Sean, and the rest of the G.O.O.D Music family on the group’s album freeing. He points to the album’s first track “Mercy” as an example. He’s still not sure if he’ll make the album’s final cut, but it’s all G.O.O.D.
